Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We're not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

Our pieces are shipped by our partner suppliers, and some ship from warehouses outside the United States. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, holidays and customs checks can add time. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

If you're shopping for a specific date (like a holiday or a gift), please order early. If you need a delivery estimate for a particular item, ask us before you order.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after an order ships, especially for packages coming from overseas.

Import duties and taxes

Our prices include any import duties for delivery to US addresses. You shouldn't be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees for a Tuckly order, please contact us before paying, and we'll sort it out. Applicable US sales tax, where we're required to collect it, is shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
